1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, govern your access to and use of the jtwin platform, available at https://jtwin.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered players, and any individual who interacts with our services in any capacity.

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you are confirming that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not prohibited from using online gambling services under any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

These Terms were last updated in January 2026. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the jtwin Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. jtwin operates a strict 21+ policy and will not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform. Age verification documents will be requested as part of the KYC process.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or be a resident or citizen of, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your location before registering.
• Personal Account: You must be registering an account solely for your own personal entertainment. Use of the Platform on behalf of another person, or as an agent for any third party, is strictly prohibited.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not have previously been self-excluded from jtwin or any other gambling platform, or have had your account closed by jtwin for reasons relating to fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the jtwin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jtwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances in such cases.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jtwin is required to verify the identity of all registered players before processing any withdrawal. You may be requested to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account showing your registered name and number).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period of request will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jtwin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jtwin will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be considered to have been authorised by you. You must notify jtwin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on the jtwin Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jtwin does not hold account balances in any foreign currency, and no currency conversion is applied to player funds.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

jtwin currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash (personal wallet transfers);
• Nagad;
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking);
• Upay.

jtwin reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any material changes to available payment options.

4.3 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit and daily aggregate deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may vary depending on your account verification status and payment method. jtwin reserves the right to apply lower limits to specific accounts at its sole discretion.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted during normal operating hours are typically processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours, subject to completion of KYC verification. jtwin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals requested to payment methods not used for deposit may be declined.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. jtwin reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts until the account balance reaches zero, or the player logs in and reactivates the account, whichever occurs first. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jtwin are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Bets placed with bonus funds on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer tables, certain jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward fulfilment of wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jtwin actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any winnings derived from the bonus, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once;
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers;
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions associated with a promotion;
• Placing low-risk, high-volume bets exclusively to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent (bonus hunting or bonus whoring);
• Using automated scripts, bots, or other software to exploit promotional mechanics.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days after the bonus is credited to your account, unless a different expiry period is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated pending wagering requirements are automatically removed from your account without compensation.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the jtwin sportsbook, including cricket (BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, T20 World Cup, IPL, and ICC events), are subject to the jtwin Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. Bet settlement is final once confirmed by the Platform. In the event of an obvious pricing error, jtwin reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on the jtwin Platform — including slots, live dealer games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger), fishing games, and crash games — are provided by certified third-party game studios and operate on independently audited random number generators (RNGs). The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are available in the game information panel within each game. jtwin accepts no responsibility for any technical malfunction originating within a third-party game provider's software.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

Once confirmed, a bet or wager cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. jtwin reserves the right to void or cancel bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity, or where the relevant event is declared void by the relevant governing body.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jtwin Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, balance forfeiture, and reporting to law enforcement:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud jtwin or other players through any means, including chargeback fraud, use of stolen payment credentials, or identity fraud;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion;
• Match-Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events in which you have prior knowledge of a pre-determined outcome, or in which you have any direct or indirect involvement in influencing the outcome;
• Automated Software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Arbitrage: Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies between markets with the intent of generating guaranteed profit regardless of outcome;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Underage Access: Attempting to register or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting any person under 21 to access the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jtwin Platform — including but not limited to the jtwin brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other creative works — is the intellectual property of jtwin or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to jtwin.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jtwin Platform without prior written consent from jtwin. Scraping, data mining, or the use of automated tools to collect data from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data

jtwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jtwin uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

jtwin is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and that it is our responsibility to help players stay in control. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your account;

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jtwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors affecting game outcomes or bet settlement;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Any delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

jtwin provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by jtwin

jtwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• We reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct;
• We are required to do so by applicable law or by a regulatory authority;
• Your account has been used for money laundering or other financial crime.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, jtwin reserves the right to retain any funds held in your account as compensation for losses suffered by the Platform. Where account closure is not due to a breach by you, any verified balance held at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jtwin holds its international offshore licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents jtwin from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in which you are located in order to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent fraudulent activity.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jtwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, registered players will be notified by email at the address registered to their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect players' rights) may be made without prior notice.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://jtwin.io/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
